I think jurors have amortized risk; if you think of wrongful conviction as a form of betraying in the prisoner's dilemma, jurors are motivated not to wrongfully convict on the basis that wrongful conviction would hurt them.
Contrast with banks where they were directly motivated to issue unsound loans and then sell these unsound loans to others as investments. Every banker would be rewarded more by harming others than if they behaved with concern for others' well being.

In the Epilogue to Antifragile, you allude to Nero Tulip starting a new project.
Is there anything that Nero would let you publicly share about his new project?
It sounds like Nero has a significant pool of resources with which to work, is he looking for collaborators?
