i think the better question is, why would anyone with a functioning brain own a desert eagle in .50?

i'm in louisiana, an open carry state. nobody here, and i mean NO BODY ever open carries. just cause we can doesn't mean we want to.

Taurus? no shit. I've heard nothing but bad about Taurus... well, not nothing, apparently they make a fine pistol but the quality control in their factories is shit, so there's a chance you'll get a lemon.

My brother got a Taurus 24/7 in .45, it would drop the mag every time you fired it. Of course, Taurus offers a lifetime warranty on every gun so he was able to get it fixed for free, but that took a few months after he sent it to the factory. I'd rather not be without my pistol for that amount of time.
