I was also chosen to donate bone marrow, though strangely enough the organization (DKMS) stopped calling me after I had donated additional blood to be tested, something I was told was merely routine. I don't know how well-acquainted you are with the process, but do you perhaps have a guess as to why DKMS never called back? I called back several times and never got a clear answer, and was always curious.
