Thanks! It is really nice to hear that when we usually just hear a lot of negativity from everyone every day. The cruiselines don't actually have to provide anything since they (the guests) sign their cruise ticket contracts stating they understand that we have to make the best decisions for the ship, staff and company, but we offer it anyway because we believe in good business. We never enjoy having to do something differently than planned - it takes a lot of time and money!
Trust me, nice customers and business partners are a breath of fresh air!

As someone who works in the cruiseline business, thanks for being positive. You have no idea how awful the calls are for this sort of thing. People think it's literally the end of the world.
