In your guy's opinion, what's the best and worst parts of the community?

So sort of like combining Alpha Centauri and CkII/EuIV? Would be interesting in some sort futuristic setting, or some sort of really divergent alt-history.

Well, its no surprise, what with how much time these games demand, and from how well you guys respond and interact with players, you really just cant help but care. This does lead to getting a lot of rather inventive suggestions I have noticed however.
