I had the good fortune of realizing, after reading Omnivore's Dilemma, that I live close enough to Joel Salatin and Polyface Farm to join one of their buying clubs and visit the farm. Thank you for starting me on that path of discovery. What a great place, family, and philosophy.

Fascinating! Thanks for the reply! Have you discussed your way of thinking with other Polyglots and if so, have you been able to draw conclusions about any consistencies among you? You make me want to change how I think, if that's even possible.
