Ive got ptsd and am starting trauma therapy soon but I’ve suffered with flashbacks for about 6/7 years and tbh I don’t believe them when they say that it’s possible for them to stop. That’s really inspiring to hear, that’s amazing how much progress you’ve made! Hopefully I’ll get there, I’m used to it so I guess it doesn’t bother me too much I’ve learned to live with it but I’ve always been abit skeptical about getting help and what there is. I’m still in early stages and haven’t actually started any therapy yet but this convo has made me a lot more optimistic, thank you friend and good luck with your healing process!
