This is an interesting answer. You highlight two things that you'd like to see, equal participation and equal access.

Equal access makes sense, but why force equal participation? What if the genders have a distinct proclivity towards different professions (as demonstrated somewhat by the free market already) would doing so ultimately force people into certain positions, or would having actions that artificially increase their interest to get them there be such a good idea?

It doesn't seem you were in the religion if the only thing you've done is 4 self-improvement courses.

Can you provide more proof or history of your involvement?

You call yourself a Scientologist, but actively avoid being called one in real life? Can you elaborate further on that?

How much auditing did you receive?
