It's from Game of Thrones. I just watched this episode for the first time a few hours ago. Basically, two guys set the smiley guy in the center up with some high-class prostitutes (three of them) because he deserved a reward for a heroic act, and he had never been with a woman before (aka gotten laid). The guys gave him a bag full of coins for the prostitutes, but after the deed was done, the guy comes back with the money. Turns out the prostitutes were so pleased with the experience that they refused to be paid for it, and that the dopey virgin dude happened to be a pussyslayer in bed. After the 'sponsors' find this out, they demand to know what the fuck the dopey young guy did in order to please prostitutes so completely that they refuse payment, hence the demand for 'copius details' in the last panel.

It was used for humorous effect in the show. The two characters that paid for Smiley's whore-time were well experienced with prostitutes and the like, and he's a bumbling virgin who can barely speak to girls, so it's a huge surprise when he turns out to be a supreme woman-pleaser, and they gather round to beg him to reveal what the fuck his secrets were.
