My cousin's internet goes out EVERY night at 8:30, sometimes 8:25, sometimes 8:35. His ISP says something about nightly resets. This seems like the worst possible time to be doing stuff like this. My question is, are they bull-shitting him? Is this a normal problem to be having?
Note: it's nothing to do with anti-virus or anything on my cousin's computer, as it happens on multiple computers, including one I just gave him.
