Do you foresee any significant changes in the epidemiology of cancer in the UK?

Currently (if I’m correct) breast, prostate, lung and colorectal are the most common - are they likely to remain the big 4 for the next several decades? Are there any cancers which are significantly increasing in incidence - or declining?

I know lung cancer is expected to drop a bit, in line with smoking prevalence (accounting for the lag in exposure-disease, of course).
