A couple years ago, a friend of mine rented a car from Enterprise. The day after she returned it, she realized she forgot her GPS in the car. She called the location she returned it to, and they told her "we have no way of tracking which car you had, or where it is now - we will not be able to get your GPS back to you." Is that standard policy with Enterprise, or did that employee just not feel like putting forth effort to help a customer?
