Green side Corpsman here. From your time as a Battalion Surgeon, I'm curious what kind of care Marines received on the battlefield then opposed to now, has medicine on the battlefield progressed greatly or does it appear to be the same? I've always wondered if the corpsman before me were of a better quality than what we have now. I have always assumed they were more resourceful. Also, thank you for your service!

I'm currently serving as an HM in the Navy, so my question is..... Overall how bad is it after you separate yourself from the military? I'm considering on getting out at the end of this enlistment but I feel like I've gotten way too comfortable in the Navy to just get out now.

Yep, I was going to say this. The brain for instance can only go about 6 minutes without oxygen. Obviously they're not harvesting brains but that sort of puts into perspective how quickly organs do need to be harvested.
