Is saline a lot better than tap water in terms of removing “debris” or whatever? And do you just buy a jug of saline somewhere 👀 I want to get into this and am obsessing over how prep works

What about inanimate objects? Like, would you have trouble picking out a specific coffee cup if you used it a lot but then someone stuck it in a group of similar-but-not-identical coffee cups? Or if they put a tiny hat on your coffee cup, would you be like “where’s my coffee?”

I have read that before, it’s just confusing when someone else counters it and then I question myself.
