That is not what the person meant. The person meant the thing that is "fuucked up" is that the AMA guy only went to jail for 8 months, that he should have been in jail longer for theft and stabbing someone. I don't know enough about the circumstances to have an opinion either way, but you really misinterpreted what the guy you were responding to meant.
