Super quick cliff notes

So Ali records an album, and starts playing shows under the name Power Hour.
Steve records a crap ass DVD also under the name Power Hour, copyrights it, and immediately starts coming after Ali
Ali spends 3 years and a bunch of money fighting the case, saying that Power Hour is the namesake of the public, free domain drinking game, that Steve couldn't own it.
Judge agrees, Ali wins.
Thus, Steve is an asshat
