Hi Mr. Bendis.

Every time I read an article with you attached to it and the topic of X-Men/Fox arises you are quick to call me and my peers nuts/yahoo's because the X-men comics are not getting canceled and there is no merit to the rumor. BUT The rumor spoke about License , Toys , Manufacturing , etc , nothing about the books just everything else so I feel like you attribute to the negative discussion by trying to manipulate the conversation.

My question is: If you are so confident in your company not axing the X-line to only just comics and you not lying to us your fans , can you with a certainty say that we will be having , Goldballs, Eva Bell , Hijack , etc , Toys , Merchandise , figurines , soon?

sorry those are just the O5 not the All New X-Men O5 which had a costume change.

except that I have in my possession, for example, a Cyclops figure with our new costume on it. it's a new toy. I have a box set of all new X-Men figures from our run

This right here gave me a nerd boner.

But I have to ask , are they going to be for public purchase or did only the creators receive them?

1. How or why the O5 can't go back in time but Magik , Tempus etc can come and go with ease?

2. Will you explain why certain members even a member that was not possessed by the Phoenix have had their powers "broken"?

3. Will you be introducing how Scott got his hands on the Phoenix egg we have seen in Time runs out?
