Wouldn't this emphasise the difference in size through clothes? Wouldn't it make more sense if you could put a filler in the side that needed it to make it more snug or whatever

What was the cause of your heart failure? Did you have an undiagnosed congenital condition?

Have you any children and have they been tested for the condition?
