How does one get an OBE? Does someone else nominate you? Do you fill out a form. Do you just do your own thing not thinking about it and then one day a letter arrives? Is it your music or your music charity work that pushed you over the edge?

Thanks.

I have had 3 years of nasal inflammation, have been tested clear for allergies, and have tried 3 sprays and 3 antihistamine pills, some worked briefly and then stopped, others had no effect. Right now I'm breathing okay on oral prednisione for my RA (wierd that local spray didn't work but oral did). Nette pots help for about 8 hours. I have super gross tonsil stones that are never not there. My FD doesn't think there is a link. Basically, it's been suggested I get used to mouth breathing. That seems crappy to me. Any advice?

a lot of areas are recommending immuno compromised people not get the vacine due to not being in test groups. As immunocompromise tends to make you higher risk for poor infection oucomes, and as far as I know all other inactivated vaccines are generally recommended for that group, what exactly is the caution in fear of? How long do you think it would be likely to be before that recommendation would change? Isn't the largest risk in vaccinating an immunocompromised person with a Inactivated vaccine that they won't have a strong enough response to develop immunity?
