Bill, I've desperately been trying to find SOME positive news about our environment in an attempt to stem the never ending dread I've been feeling lately. I recently found out that the hole in the Ozone layer is shrinking, which i'm holding onto as a positive outcome of the banning of CFC's. Is this true? Is there anything else positive happening because of the efforts of people such as yourself?
