It would be extremely hypocritical to use that reasoning to justify stealing content from the vast majority of law abiding pornography producers. And you aren't hypocrites, right?

Also what do profits have to do with anything. That's what you're trying to do - make profits. Heaven forbid someone try to make a profit without you thinking you're entitled to some of it.
