I am honestly and really happy for you feeling happy and comfortable now, but please please please just don't say it's a laughable situation! Many men are in the same shoes as you were until the day of your surgery. Having gynecomastia indeed shouldn't be a problem, but honestly and realistically, i don't know how many men actually aren't bothered by it. Men actually don't want to take certain meds that have risk causing gynecomastia.

I had anxiety hyperhydrosis/hormonal hyperhydrosis (or something like that, i sweated rivers, mostly under armpits and upper body), but somehow, when my anxiety got better and i put on about 15 kg (hormonal change), my hyperhydrosis got much better. I used Dri-like product, but i have very sensitive skin, it hurt just too much. I changed my deodorant about 7 months ago, to Biotherm. Holy shit it's good! My armpits are dry dry dry! You can maybe try the male version as a complement to Dri deo?

How were the Japanese soldiers against women and children? (I'm from a country that was invaded by the Soviet, and rapings were very common. It's something the society doesn't talk about - the first book about this topic came out last spring...)

I am honestly and horribly sorry that there are people like that.

Hi! I'm very happy that you have this option! Can you do nocturnal dialysis? Have you tried? Can you sleep with it?
Have you tried peritoneal dialysis? If yes, why did you choose the home hemo?
