Do you agree with that answer, Joelle?

Do you have any predictions about the possibilities of an EEOC industry-wide lawsuit for women directors?

Thank you. The Guild does separate those categories in terms of stats, but not in the diversity programs themselves. Could you tell us who it was who made the request to include minority men in the suit? Can you describe the scene at the time?

Thank you. It does seem that a large aspect of the recent support for gender equity in Hollywood (both in the media and in the general population) is thanks to strong female and male actors speaking out in favor of it.

Lynne Littman - I wonder if you could talk about the DGA mandated By-Laws for the Women's Steering Committee in 2014. This committee was founded by the Original Six in 1979 (the first diversity committee in the Guild) and for 35 years it functioned on Robert's Rules as an ad hoc committee. Why did the DGA decide to impose these By-Laws that specific year? And how do you think the By-Laws have effected the committee? Do you see a stronger or weaker WSC today?
