Since when is having scoliosis or thyroid issues or a valve prolapse, "finding minor flaws". It's a very asshole thing to do- to diminish and wave off someone's medical issues just because they don't seem problematic enough to you. It's not like she's posting about how her hair isn't shiny enough or her ears stick out too much. These are real, actual problems and they deserve to be recognized.
