My best friend has chron's, he smokes all day every day(east coast) and his only bothers him when he stops smoking for a few days. And that kid can wreck a bathroom during a flair up!

I'm 6'3" 200lbs, I lost about 80lbs over 2 years and another 20 this year. I cannot imagine being 122..... it's almost ridiculous. Would weight training help?
