Have you ever been to Camp Hovey?

Camp Hovey is a military in-processing base near the DMZ. It was named after my great grandfather. It's something I want to go to while I'm here in Korea, but I'm not U.S. Military, so I would never be able to get onto the base. It's due to close soon though.
