I would say the ultimate aim of the discussion around the app is to make Saudi Arabia rethink it's guardianship laws.

Unfortunately, that isn't how it comes across, and is unlikely to be how it is viewed within Saudi Arabia.

As many other Redditors have pointed out, while the laws are ludicrous, the app can actually be a good thing for individuals. I appreciate the moral stance you say you're making, but the coverage is all about the app - it's worded to attack the app and the control of the men allowed by the app, rather than the law. I can understand why you did it this way (clicks are bucks) but... ultimately the way this is portrayed on your site doesn't read like the guardianship system is the main issue.

Does anyone? Wealth inequality has been growing in many Western countries for decades, yet violent crime has mostly been falling....

But if the two AOA sensors don't agree

Regardless of the reality of the situation here, part of the problem is that ANY system engineered to have multiple inputs needs a minimum of three sensors (given reasonable fault tolerance levels) to ensure safe operation.

Two sensors is not enough. When they disagree... which one do you pick? You can't know which is correct. With three sensors, one fails, and it's obvious which one.

This was terrible design both hardware and software, and an airframe loss was assured the moment they took that decision.

A friend of mine worked in computer forensics for a while. He literally got paid (and a very decent wage) to watch porn. Problem was, a lot of the time the hard drive seized belonged to someone suspected of kiddie porn... and often was correct. Not a job you EVER want.

Only brightside was, you got to do something good for society and lock those fuckers up.
