I am not following the quantum physics world very closely, but I am pretty sure I've heard and seen about how uncertain and random some of the elements in quantum scale are (like that for each possible outcomes for particles properties a universe exists). Doesn't this prevent us from being able to predict anything that has ever happened or will happen?
