Okay right, and like I said, I understand having totally illegible writing if all you do is type. But he said:

And I want to know how typing would lead to them not knowing their alphabet? Even if your hand isn't used to it you should still be able to know what the letter "a" is and how to write one out in a way that while I'll say "That looks like shit, but yes, I suppose it's the letter "a"."

Seriously? I think if I was going up against a guy I really didn't like I would definitely eat some baked beans before the match.

I don't understand. If he types his name and other words on the computer all the time why wouldn't he know his alphabet and be able to write it down?
I can understand him being 13 and having such terrible penmanship that his name would be totally illegible. But how could he not even know his alphabet when a keyboard contains all the letters.
