When you are determining if your milk is sour or not make sure you pour a small amount in a glass before smelling or tasting it.

Often the ridges where the cap screws on to the jug will have dried sour milk from previous pouring.

I grew up in West Virginia in the 80's and 90's when the coal mines were closed or closing. It was a desperate time for a lot of people. It is a hard way to make a living but in most parts of the state it is the only job available that pays any kind of living wage. I am by no means a fan of coal. It is a dirty business in so many ways, not just environmentally. What a lot of people fail to grasp is that the people in those states could care less about coal itself, they care about having a job that can feed the family. You can talk all day about renewable resources and clean energy but until someone puts their money where there mouth is it will fall on deaf ears. Compete with coal where it matters most. The job market. If you offer miners a job that pays they will come to you. Especially if it means not having to work in the hell that most coal mines are. Build your clean energy manufacturing plants near the mines, give people an option. You will never win this battle on Capitol Hill, the lobby is too strong. You win this battle by taking away the support coal has from the common man. People, miners, families, they don't like coal. They like being able to put food on the table. Give them a better option to do that and coal will wither and die from t ground up.
