Do you ever get tired and/or feel like you're getting tired of doing what you do? For example i would think the editing would be REALLY boring. Thanks, big fan of yours :)

how much easier is work to find now that you have all of that experience compared to when you first started? and when applying to work do you see people with much less experience also applying? (if this applies to you, it looks like you jump around a bit)
