Bourbon technically in the states i believe just has to be minimum 51% corn aged, 2 years, new american white oak that is charred.
Kentucky bourbon has to be from kentucky
usually barly rye corn for the mash but everyone has there preferences i prefer oat instead of rye myself

More than likely bought and repackaged really common in the industry
Not that its a bad thing but its super expensive and time consuming to make everything from scratch. Also very hard for a new distillery to get a somewhat old product.
