As disgusting as this sounds, I’m curious if they do. Most companies generally want to dispose of unreleased proprietary prototypes once they’re no longer in use, especially if an employee who owned one is leaving the company. Usually a prototype would go to another tester, but that obviously doesn’t work in this case.
I’m curious if they just let their prototypes stay out there because they’re sex toys and they don’t want to deal with disposing of them.

What’s the penalty if they don’t fix the issues? Is it more fines that amount to a tiny fraction of their revenue?
