For Beethoven: Brendel, Richter, Arrau, or Pollini? I know it's largely piece-specific, but in general?

You should definitely look up more of Richter on Youtube- there are a ton of videos of his performances, anything from Beethoven, Chopin, and Schubert to Bach and Haydn. Also, very jealous you've seen Brendel in concert! He's probably my favorite interpreter of Liszt and Schubert.
