I was a young teen when Brokeback mountain came out and my mother bought it on dvd not knowing what the film was about. She thought that it was just a cowboy film. I did not know either. It was awkward

That's really awesome! How many sets of tires, brakes, chains, sprockets etc did you go through? Did you meet anyone really spectacular and if so did you hang around in places because of them? Did you have a schedule? How did you get the bike across the sea?

Wowie man thanks for the answers! That's a lot of planning. Absolutely blows me away that the bike had no mechanical failures! I mean, only based on bikes I have seen with close to that many miles. Obviously proper maintenance played a key rol in that. Have a good one!
