I had this. CPAP has done wonders in the last 8 months.

My snoring was epic.

A sleep study...well...in home usually to start that tells you the number of events that happen to see how bad it is. Severe is 30 events an hour...mine was 78. Normal is 5 or less.

The bad news is that sometimes it requires a sinoplasty surgery just to use the CPAP machine. I had it done and a deviated septum fixed years ago...so I was able use one. YMMV.

But being able to breathe out your nose like a normal person is life changing as well...I had that problem too.

The new CPAP machines are compact and sophisticated...and quiet.

Good luck!

Hmm...I must have good insurance cause they have covered 100% of everything from beginning to end. Not even a co-pay. CPAP machine...

Surgery was the same...with a different company....but that was 2004. Covered.

I used to not be able to stay awake at meetings...would start dozing off. Could fall asleep like anywhere anytime. No amount of sleep would change it.

Now...7 hours, usually 8...wide awake and even on weekends I do not sleep in. No drowsiness in the afternoons or nap needed.

It is pretty life changing...and I was doing it for the snoring cause GF could not deal. Fixed that and the rest is just icing on the cake.

So he is very picky, micromanages, works long hours. And he expects everyone else to work long hours too.

Sign me up! :)

Damn those onions.

That is unfortunate. I loved Sinistar but would only play it a couple of times because it became waaay too difficult. And I lived in the arcades in the 80's. :)

Probably the scariest game "the Roar" and the worst thing you ever wanted to hear in a video game "I live!".
