I read that he pulled the fire alarm to shoot in the hallways, but your map suggests he shot into rooms, not the hallways. Did he start shooting before he pulled the alarm?

I lost 40 lbs last year (but gained about 7-10 back) through diet and exercise. The strange part was I was already an exerciser. I don't think you have to be addicted to exercise, (I'm not) but it helps. What I did get addicted to was calorie counting. There are a number of apps that make it easy; I used MyFitnessPal and tied it with RunKeeper. It's amazing how easy it is to lose weight when you hold yourself accountable for your calories. If I wanted to eat more, I had to go for a run or walk. And I didn't stop until I had the extra calories I needed to eat what I was craving.
