Well I would think so, it would be self defense. Though that would depend on the waters you are in on the time.

Let's face it though, if pirates are attacking your ship the last thing on your mind is the legal implications, I would be more worried about cooking up a storm while killing pirates.

Apple can't set the price. You do. They have guidelines etc, but how else do you think some of those $999 apps got priced that way.

You have to price it so you are making a profit.
