That's right. The thing with Kim Davis, though, is that she stopped her entire office from issuing marriage licenses. That is causing undue hardship on the people of her county. She was released and allowed to go back to work on the condition that she not interfere with the deputy clerk who is now issuing those licenses.

How hard would it be for the UK to rejoin the EU down the road if it so chooses? Is the answer different if the UK completely leaves the trade block?
