Really rich fat mexican lady can only be Elba Esther Gordillo, aka Chucky.

Oh my God, the mental images!

This bothered me to no end. Every hour of the day is after midnight.

They never say at what time it is safe to feed them again, so I concluded that it was sunrise. Yes, that's my explanation and I'm sticking with it. If a Mogwai eats something after the first ray of the sun, it won't become a Gremlin.

As for the quantity of food (explored by the question "what if he had something stuck in its teeth"), my answer is that it should be a stomach full of food. Enough energy to create the cocoon and hatch in it.

I would like this question answered, but the way it is phrased sounds a little like an insult. One of my doubts, is that most directorial decissions are made on tiny monitors (less tha 50 inch), compared to the result being projected in a massive screen.

How do you know when it will be too much movement for a bigger screen? Have you ever seen the final product in the theater and thought "that was too much"?

I love Mr. Greengrass's movies, by the way.

What anti shake tech? I work with both Arri Alexa and Red Epic (which are widely used in Hollywood), and Cook lenses, and they have no anti-shake.

The lenses that have anti shake technology are usually used for prosumer stuff, and the antishake postprocessing of cameras like the iPhone is a no no in professional workflows.

I am genuinly interested, because part of my job is image stabilization in post, and it is usually a pain in the neck, because although modern algorithms are very good at stabilizing, the motion blur in each frame looks weird when stabilized.
