I don’t mean to sound rude, but do you guys really think you’d be better off independent? Membership to the EU is not a given, since Spain (and likely the UK) would veto anything related to a Catalonian membership.

You guys faced the blunt of the 2008 financial crisis, and while things are looking better, it’s likely that we are at the end of this current business cycle and a new recession could be close.

Also another question, the trend in the EU now is towards greater unification. Would you even want to be part of the EU if the end goal was something that roughly resembles the United States (fiscal and political unity)?

.08 limit is really high. I got a breathalyzer as a gag gift and it used throughout just to get a sense of how much alcohol increases based on what I drink.

With three drinks in the first hour (two 7% beers, and single shot of whiskey), I blew a .03. With 8 drinks in three hours I blew a .05.

No fucking way I would drive at that point. After 8 drinks in 3 hours I’m very tipsy and starting to slur but still in control.

The max I ever blew with that thing was a .1 and at that point I was plastered.
