Who? Bernie Sanders and Patrick Leahy are both male. The representative at large, Shumlin IIRC, is also male.

They are not technically at opposite ends. Libertarians are quite socially liberal, and so are socialists. The main difference is about their views towards the economy, which obviously has no fixed solution, otherwise it would be fixed already.
