If I am a P plater from NSW, and can drive 100 on greens and 90 on reds in NSW, when I cross the border into VIC do I drive to the same restrictions as a VIC P plater ie: drive 110 on the freeway. Also with overloading, A red P plater from NSW can have 4 passengers until 11pm or do You go by VICs rules where you can only have one passenger? Also what is your view on vegemite chocolate?
