Correct me but after OP said something about TOR, I looked up and read little more about it, apparently they don't save images in cache, correct? if so, how can they bust people using TOR? kind of disappointed though, after reading more about TOR it seems a good idea, a real way to protect yourself from the government/NSA/etc but people just fuck it up and use it for the bad instead for the good.

I don't want to say they should find a way to bust people on TOR because then legitimate people's, who use TOR for legitimate reasons, privacy would be out as well but at the same time they should.
