This is a very good explanation. The God of the New Testament is the Supreme Being, he is the God of all people. The God of the Old Testament is the god of a single chosen tribe of people. The Old Testament acknowledges the existence of other gods (Baal, Moloch, Dagon, Beelzebub, etc.), but makes them out to be something like demons, because they are the gods of their neighbors or enemies. Even Satan himself originated as one of these gods. Now, they obviously thought Yahweh was better than all those other gods, but in the same way that Americans think America is better than other countries (as in, even the most patriotic of Americans still believes that Canada, Vietnam, and Morocco exist).

About those cover images. Any advice there? I definitely believe a great cover helps get people to pick it up. How much do they cost, and where should I look to find source material?

By source material I mean images, mostly, and any other "materials" (i.e. things you've got to buy) you think an aspiring author might need.
