I want to die, happy, sad, depressed, any mood I’m in. I’ve done every anti depressant and seen many therapists, exploring different types of therapy. I believe I am fundamentally someone who finds no joy out of living. And objectively I have an amazing life. Do you have any concrete advice? Other than the typical ‘seek help’ ‘hold out for hope’ advice. I’ve been there done that too many times to give a fuck any more
