Are the Mills/farms used to source the fabric BCI rated? (better cotton initiative) which is a guideline that they need to abide by in order to get certified in ie: Financial education programs and farming efficiency programs (to teach farming techniques that are better for the land and yield higher quantities of organic cotton) for the farmers that grow the cotton, certain wages and prices the cotton must be bought at.
