Uh.. I think it's an insult to hard working women in video games not to discuss whatever difference in treatment or experiences they have working in the industry. If a woman has experienced unnecessary prejudice and belittlement because she's a woman working in a technical field, why shouldn't she bring this up as a problem? Why is it more appropriate to stick our heads in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist when it very clearly does?

There's no need to shoehorn it into the discussion, its an insult to hard working women in video games.
