NYC is a impressive city. I heartily recommend NOT driving in inside the city the first time you're there. I did once and it has since permanently damaged my friendly driving style. Whenever I'm stuck or have a tight driving maneuver through traffic or pedestrians I turn on my "NYC Driving Skills" and I slide right through. It worked well on a recent trip to Boston. They're nuts also.

Cool. I'm hoping to go again this year. NY is a fun city.
