Thank you. I was prescribed it for GAD but believe it was overkill, in hindsight. I will keep marching forward and hope for the best. The cognitive dulling has ruined my career.

Would you recommend any specific supplements for optimal brain healing? Omega-3s, perhaps?

Can't wait to check this out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for responding. So many of us out there are struggling with benzo withdrawal and the after effects. It is sheer torture!!
